Does the School profit in any way from the fee charged?
No, the convenience fee is paid to USTuition LLC. The School receives no portion of the fee.

When is a payment made through USTuition.com posted to a student's account?
Payments made by 5:00pm ET are posted the next business day. Payments made after 5:00pm ET are posted the 2nd business day after payment.

What if a parent encounters a problem in making a Credit Card payment through the USTuition System?
The parent can contact the USTuition Customer Service Desk (800-599-6811) or . The Customer Service Desk is available during normal business hours 9am to 5pm ET.

If a parent uses USTuition to make a payment and is entitled to a refund, does the parent need to notify USTuition LLC?
No, the parent should contact the finance department of the school.

Will a parent who is entitled to a refund and who paid using USTuition LLC receive all or a portion of the convenience fee back?
No, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
